1. About these Terms

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you access or use BetDeals.com. By using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BetDeals.

2. Who operates BetDeals

BetDeals.com is operated by eLand, Lda, NIPC 517 252 589, with address at Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Cacém, Portugal. General enquiries can be sent to info@betdeals.com.

3. Audience, age and market

The Great Britain betting content on BetDeals is intended for adults aged 18 or over in England, Scotland and Wales. It is not intended as gambling-marketing content for children or for people in jurisdictions where the relevant activity or promotion is unlawful. You are responsible for checking that you meet the operator's age, location, identity, account and other eligibility requirements.

BetDeals uses approximate network location information supplied by its hosting platform to enable commercial offer buttons only when the visitor is identified as being in England, Scotland or Wales. Visitors in Northern Ireland, other countries or locations that cannot be confirmed may still read the editorial site, but commercial deal buttons are disabled. 6. Promotions can change

10. Intellectual property and BetDeals data

The BetDeals name, branding, page design, original editorial content, comparison methodology, structured compilations and historical promotion dataset are owned by or licensed to eLand, Lda and may be protected by copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view the site and make reasonable copies for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless the law allows it or we give prior written permission, you must not systematically scrape, harvest, reproduce, republish, sell, license, create a competing database from, or commercially exploit substantial parts of BetDeals content or data. Normal search-engine indexing and ordinary linking to public BetDeals pages are permitted.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, knowingly introduce malicious code, use automated activity that imposes an unreasonable load, submit unlawful or abusive content through forms, or use BetDeals in a way that infringes the rights of others.

12. Availability and changes

We may change, add, remove, suspend or discontinue any part of BetDeals, including pages, features, deal records and access to the site. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, BetDeals is provided free of charge for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eLand, Lda is not responsible for losses arising solely from: an operator changing or withdrawing a promotion; your failure to meet operator eligibility or qualifying conditions; gambling losses or betting outcomes; decisions, acts or omissions of third-party operators; or indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our provision of the website.

We do not limit any responsibility that applicable law requires us to have for information we ourselves publish negligently or unlawfully.

14. Privacy and cookies

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the site, our business model, legal requirements or risk controls. The current version will be published here with its last-updated date. Your continued use of the site after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point, subject to any rights that cannot legally be varied in this way.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and non-contractual matters relating to use of BetDeals are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence, and nothing in these Terms removes any right you may have to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

17. General

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
